I love how all the colors are so bright and delightful to the senses, it really brings this piece alive!
And the character, I love how unique she looks!
You might wanna watch your lines, they tend to go out a little from the main lines. Try to eliminate them as much as possible, and it'll make your art look cleaner
But yeah, having said that, there's not a whole bunch more you could improve on
